I have a tendency to switch to something enjoyable (reading) when I get stuck with my writing (I’m writing software instead of a book, but same issues). That puts me behind, which increases the pressure, which makes me hide and procrastinate even more. It’s a spiral. This sounds like a good way to make sure you get in the habit of moving forward at least a little bit every day – consistency. I’m going to give this a try. Thanks for sharing 🙂
